Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forge Craft Printing, LLC We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of submitting your return request.
- If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items.
- Gift cards, digital downloads, or software.
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items (unless defective).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- We refund the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you paid for expedited shipping, that cost is also non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition. In such cases, we may deduct up to 50% of the item value or deny the refund entirely.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability) within the 30-day window. Please request an exchange through the same process as returns.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (in which case we will provide a prepaid return label).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at kyle@forgecraftprinting.com or through Facebook Messenger with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions (including any prepaid label if eligible).
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
- Include all original packaging and a note with your order number.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
